Scapely is committed to UK GDPR-compliant data handling. This page summarises what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. The Scapely web app loads the full, legally-binding policy.

What we collect

Account data — email address and authentication identifiers, stored against your Supabase auth record.
Usage data — which appraisals you ran, retained for the seven-day cache window plus operational logging.
Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. We do not scrape listing prices from third-party portals. We do not share your appraisal history with third parties beyond the sub-processors strictly needed to run the service (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, hosting).

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@scapely.io.
