Scapely is licensed for property due diligence by buyers, investors, developers and the professionals advising them. You may not bulk-scrape the service, resell raw appraisals, or use the product to populate a competing dataset.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Scapely aggregates third-party open data (planning.data.gov.uk, EPC Open Data Communities, Environment Agency, Ordnance Survey, Companies House, HM Land Registry and others). We make every reasonable effort to keep the data current but it is provided "as is" — always verify with the source register before committing capital.
